Staying current is no small task!
There are three main things you can do to stay update and never fall behind in your OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance:
1. Subscribing to Cal/OSHA’s email list
As you know, Cal/OSHA will not call you everytime there is a change in law but… let will write you an e-mail!
Subscribe to their list and get notices and emails to keep up to date and never fall behind with Cal/OSHA compliance.
2. Attending webinars, seminars and trade conventions
Attending webinars and seminars gives you a chance to ask questions from experts, who are solely focused on OSHA compliance. After all, you have a lot more to do at work than just read and disect OSHA laws
Trade conventions are wonderful to make connections with experts, learn about newer and latest technology that may represent fewer injuries at your workplace, etc.,
For my part, I strive to bring you the latest news and keep you compliant:
Don't forget to sign up for my upcoming March 31st Seminar at the Ayres Hotel in Anaheim.
3. Purchase software
I don’t care what you use, but have Cal/OSHA and OSHA compliance software for your workplace. The amount of time and headaches you save are inmense!!!
It really is a no brainer. Software provides you with checklists, current updates to all regulations (if you pay your annual fee) and lots of materiasl without having to browse or google your way around Cal/OSHA.
All right! I hope this helps, for more safety tips and how to stay OSHA compliant, dont forget to look up our upcoming OSHA events. See you there!
